Refund & Cancellation Policy

Church subscriptions

Church plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period. We do not generally provide partial-month refunds.

Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts and are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at admin@ishared.com within 14 days.
